This program is designed to form guides who lead with clarity, steward influence well, and keep Jesus at the center of every conversation.

The Spark Life Facilitator Program is being prayerfully developed for those who sense a call to walk beside others as God brings alignment, clarity, and restoration.

This pathway is built in three distinct stages, each reflecting a deeper level of formation and responsibility:

Fellow

Learn to guide others through a single Spark Life program with confidence, humility, and care. This stage centers on encouragement, reflection, and faithful presence.

Comrade

Grow in relational leadership and facilitate multiple Spark Life programs. Comrades understand how the 21 Aspects interact across faith, identity, and daily life, and they walk steadily alongside others through change.

Master

Lead with wisdom shaped by Scripture and lived alignment. Masters mentor future facilitators and steward the full Spark Life pathway for individuals and groups, honoring discernment over direction.

Facilitators do not fix. They guide. They do not carry another’s fire. They teach others to tend it.

This program will be released in phases. For now, Ignite remains the foundation, preparing the heart to listen, the life to align, and the spirit to follow where God leads next.
